As founder and Chief Executive Officer, I’m responsible for the overall vision of Inspire Legal Group alongside my dedicated Board. I’ve a proven track record of growth and success in legal practice which I’m intent on replicating and to date, Inspire Legal Group is set to scale and build on its success.

I’m passionate about leading forward-thinking legal professionals towards the future of legal practices. With over 20 years’ experience in finance, my expertise in anti-financial crime and regulatory compliance for source funds in property transactions has set me apart as a leader to implement new and evolving strategies to shape the future of the legal sector.

Digital

In 2020 in the first week of the pandemic, I launched Inspire Legal Group, incorporating Inspire Crypto and Inspire Legal Academy. As a digital and environmental, social and governance focused firm our mission is to modernise and digitise the legal sector by enabling and educating the industry to work smarter, not harder, with a network of specialisms including tech, training and business.

I’m also on the management team of Vleppo UK, a joint venture between Vleppo and Inspire Legal Group, to deliver blockchain business solutions to UK enterprises.

I’ve embedded pioneering virtual practices and secure online execution which modernise the legal sector and make lives easier for both our clients and legal consultants. I’m working closely with industry regulators, tech specialists and pioneering lawyers to enable WEB3 product development which is essential to reinvent stagnant processes in the legal sector.

I have a passion for anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing. I’m a self-confessed cryptocurrency, digital asset and NFT (non-fungible token) geek, so well placed to disrupt the sector.

My mission is to support the legal industry and its practitioners through progressive change, as the legal sector is notoriously behind other professions when it comes to digital innovation. Inspire Legal Group has the power to source and collaborate with the right partners, supporting lawyers with a successful remote business as a consultant under our firm model.

We’re a movement and in 2020 I founded #jointhemovement. I’m dedicated to supporting game changing lawyers forging their own path in an ever changing and evolving legal industry. My ambition is to continue to grow a support network of lawyers across the UK who value themselves, their time, their knowledge and believe they can be more successful than if they were ‘heading for that partnership role’.

Clients can even complete their property transactions on their smartphones

I’m also focussed on making lives easier for innovative lawyers who want to run their own business without the burden of their practice, insurance and compliance tasks.

Hannah is an experienced Employment Solicitor, Tribunal advocate and is CEO and founder of Han Law, an employment law and HR consultancy which now part of the Inspire Legal Group.

Disillusioned by the traditional business model which too often failed to deliver the best for her clients, herself and her team, Hannah set up Han Law in 2019 with the goal of improving working lives for all.

Hannah takes a fresh, modern and fun approach to employment law, where innovation and creativity go hand in hand with technical ability and a life beyond the office.

Hannah’s a passionate advocate for equal rights in the workplace and making working lives better. She regularly presents and writes on the topic and she has launched various campaigns. For example, for employers to be more transparent about potential redundancies, to better protect women’s rights in the workplace, and a ‘menopause at work’ campaign.

Bill has been instrumental in the creation and innovation of litigation finance for decades. Since helping launch Themis Capital in 1999 and subsequently founding Amicus Capital Bill has personally originated or participated in over a billion in attorney loans, structures, and bespoke litigation finance deals.

In early 2007, he launched the first full-service financial services company that caters exclusively to trial-focused law firms. Shortly thereafter Bill introduced “Law Firm CFO Services”, a resource that provides business guidance to select law firms throughout the country. Continuing his multi-decade devotion to trial law firm’s success and bottom line in 2017 Bill founded the Legal Venture Fund to bring multi-decade legal operations experience to the LegalTech space combined with early-stage investment capital.

Mr. Tilley counts many of the most successful attorneys in the country as personal friends and has developed a network of thousands of invaluable industry contacts which enables him to facilitate productive partnerships as well as multi-firm collaborations.
